The second is how we describe the packs. We used to present two bottles as the sensible starting point. Refund data said otherwise, so the six-bottle pack is now the default selection and the two-bottle pack is described as a trial that may not run long enough to judge the formula fairly.
The third is the label page. Several reviewers, politely and correctly, pointed out that five botanicals sit on the panel without individual milligrams. Rather than quietly stop mentioning them, we wrote that fact into the label page, the FAQ and the front page. It costs us some sales from shoppers who want itemised botanical doses. It costs us fewer refunds from shoppers who would otherwise have found out in week six.
