Using memohoneysupplement.com means accepting the terms on this page. They form the agreement between you and Ridgewater Brands, LLC, registration ID-LLC-4471902. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

What we sell and where

We sell MemoHoney, a dietary supplement, to customers with United States shipping addresses. We do not sell through marketplaces, retailers or third-party sites, and we take no responsibility for products offered under our name elsewhere.

Orders, prices and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the prices charged at checkout. We may change pack prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

We may decline or cancel an order where stock has run out, where a price has been published in obvious error, or where an order shows signs of fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Health information and your responsibility

Nothing on this site is medical advice. MemoHoney is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and the statements here have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

You are responsible for reading the label, checking for ingredients you react to, and speaking with your own doctor before combining MemoHoney with prescription medication, before surgery, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Intellectual property

The MemoHoney name, logo, product photography, page copy and design are owned by Ridgewater Brands, LLC. You may quote a short passage with a link back. You may not copy the site, republish substantial sections, or use our brand on another storefront.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us feedback we may publish it with your first name, initial, age and city. Send nothing you would not want quoted. We may decline or remove a submission that is false, defamatory, or that makes a medical claim about MemoHoney that we are not permitted to make.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and the courts of Ada County, Idaho have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
