Refund policy

The promise in one paragraph

You have 60 days from the date you buy MemoHoney to decide it was not for you and get the product price back. That window does not depend on how much of the bottle is left, on whether you can explain what went wrong, or on you completing any kind of survey first.

Who this covers

This policy applies to orders placed on memohoneysupplement.com and paid to Ridgewater Brands, LLC. It does not cover MemoHoney bought anywhere else, because we do not sell anywhere else and cannot verify a bottle we did not ship.

The four steps

One: email support@memohoneysupplement.com with your order number and a sentence saying you want a refund. Two: we answer within one business day and send you a return address. Three: post back any bottles that are still sealed, at your own cost. Four: we refund the product price to the original payment card within five business days of receiving your email.

Opened bottles and empty bottles do not need to be returned. There is no restocking fee.

What is refunded and what is not

Refunded: the full price you paid for the MemoHoney bottles.

Not refunded: outbound shipping charged on the two-bottle pack, and any postage you choose to spend sending sealed bottles back to us.

The five bonus guides are digital and are yours permanently. A refund does not withdraw them.

Damaged, wrong or missing orders

These sit outside the guarantee because they are our mistake rather than your change of mind. Send a photo of the problem to support@memohoneysupplement.com and we replace the item at our cost. Nothing needs to be posted back.

After the 60 days

The guarantee window closes 60 days after the purchase date and we cannot reopen it. If something is wrong with the product itself rather than the result, write to us anyway and we will look at it on the facts.
